We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders and Payments
- Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or in person at our location.
- Customers must provide accurate information, including contact details and artwork files (if applicable).
- Payment is required to confirm an order. We currently accept payments via QR code or direct bank transfer.
- Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be billed at the agreed amount.
3. Design Files and Artwork
- Customers can provide their own designs or choose from our available templates.
- Designs shared by customers remain their property.
- Any designs created by RR Printing Solutions are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their artwork does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
4. Delivery
- We arrange delivery through trusted courier services.
- Estimated delivery times are provided during order confirmation but may vary due to external factors.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Any additional charges due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled or modified before the printing process begins.
- Once printing has started, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after review and may take a few business days to process.
- Custom or personalized print orders are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
6. Limitation of Liability
- RR Printing Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- While we take every measure to ensure print accuracy, minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to printing processes.
- We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must review all design proofs and order details before final approval.
- Once approved, RR Printing Solutions is not liable for any design or spelling errors in the final print.
- Customers must ensure all content submitted complies with applicable laws and does not contain offensive or prohibited material.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. Customer data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information is used only to process orders, communicate, and ensure smooth delivery.
10. Updates to Terms
